listen to the message We have often called the Holy Spirit the "quiet member of the Trinity." Certainly the Holy Spirit does not draw attention to himself, but he is essential for our mission as followers of Jesus. If believers have the Holy Spirit in us what does that really enable us to do? What do we have available? Perhaps we have come to the end of this emphasis on renewal and we wonder where the "downpour" is. I trust it is only beginning. And the hope for it to continue is when we rely on this Holy Spirit power. |
