listen to the message There are certain words that don’t seem to have a "politically correct" equivalent. One is "repentance." In this day of widely publicized scandals (complete with documentation) there are many words of confession, but it seems it seldom moves into repentance. Last weekend we identified our sins in need of confession. But confession alone falls short. The actions which bring true transformation include changing our attitude and direction regarding our sins. I just need to pull that off! Am I sensing some raindrops? |
