listen to the weekend message The fantasy of the Christmas festival is over. The stockings are empty. The house is quiet. You can’t even find eggnog! And it is time to pull down the lights. The problems we put on hold for the holidays are right back in the middle of the road! We have OD’d on food and gifts. It is quite a hangover! Now we’ll just switch to the drug of football games—for at least a month! No wonder we turn "blue" during this season. And it is not from the temperature! Is this just a "season" or do I have some choices, some options? |
