START HERE! Each of the seven areas on this page offer "first-serve" volunteer opportunities; places you can try out serving without making a team commitment up front.

• Choose from the available options for that area. We recommend you start with one. You can’t be two or three places at once, are we right? And, you can always come back if you want to try something else in the future
• When you’re ready, click the “I’ll try it!” link to send an email to that area's leader.
  
• Send the email and somebody will contact you soon with details about next steps, like an orientation event or one-on-one meeting
• After test driving a role, you can join the team. Or, if you're not jazzed about it you can start over and try something else—in the same area or one completely different. The key is to find the place that really fits you
